Some alpine peace is definitely the right thing – especially after a weekend like this one! So here we go:

We, the Zurich locals, are very proud of our landmark mountain, the Uetliberg. Compared to the alps it´s only a hill – but it´s a nice walk (the lazy ones take s-train Nr. 10 from Zürich HB) up to the summit of 873ms. You’ll lose the nz-nz-nz-sound in your head, be sure.

On clear days you can even see a picturesque view of the Alps – that should be more than enough for a picture to impress your friends at home. Keen adventurers can continue until Adliswil, take the cable car at Station Felsenegg and travel back to Zurich by train from Adliswil.
